Dapper Frontier Events was built from the ground up as a configurable world-event system rather than one isolated encounter. Events can happen naturally, be launched manually by staff, target active players or towns, unfold across multiple waves, alter the local atmosphere, track every spawned entity, and cleanly restore the world when the danger has passed.

What Is Dapper Frontier Events?

Dapper Frontier Events is a dynamic RedM event system designed for immersive VORP roleplay servers. It can naturally introduce dangerous incidents into active parts of the county or allow authorized staff to direct them manually through a fully custom Event Director interface.

Players may suddenly face an undead outbreak, an outlaw raid, a supernatural hunt, a ritual gathering, a predator surge, a mounted bounty posse, or a moving war-wagon convoy. Each event has its own models, weapons, combat style, atmosphere, announcements, props, behavior, and cleanup rules.

The default catalog includes ten ready-to-run events, each with its own identity and behavior.

The Undead RisingThe dead rise beneath dark midnight weather, cemetery fog, blood-moon atmosphere, ritual fires, skull posts, and staggered waves of hostile corpses.
Black Hat RaidArmed raiders approach settlements on foot and horseback under a gang leader, firing on players and pushing into the incident area.
Moonfang HuntA supernatural wolf pack surrounds the area under dark moonlit mist, coordinated howls, and stronger alpha predators.
The Crimson CourtFast, durable vampire attackers stalk from the darkness before rushing players with blades, revolvers, and a powerful leader.
Graveside CovenantCultists gather around candles, skull posts, ritual fire, and a priest-led ceremony before drawing weapons and attacking.
Iron BreakEscaped prisoners form around a tougher ringleader and attack with stolen firearms, knives, and improvised force.
Predator SurgeWolves, cougars, bears, and occasional grizzlies push into populated territory using animal-specific charge behavior.
Marauder ConvoyA hostile moving war wagon travels road routes with a dedicated driver, armed gunners, mounted support, and convoy recovery behavior.
Night Folk IncursionSilent attackers emerge from dense fog, watch from the dark, and close in with knives and machetes.
Rogue Bounty PosseA corrupt mounted posse rides into the area under an armed bounty leader and treats the entire settlement as wanted.

Installation

  1. Place the resource in your server resources and keep the folder name dapper_frontierevents.
  2. Import the included SQL file or allow the resource to create its tables automatically.
  3. Configure permissions, scheduler rules, world behavior, and general settings in config/config.lua.
  4. Customize individual encounters in config/events.lua.
  5. Ensure dependencies load before Dapper Frontier Events.
